Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Shumal consumer app account. Shumal is published by UFusion.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Shumal app on your device.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You must be signed in. Deletion cannot be undone.

What is deleted

  • Your profile and account credentials
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • App session data tied to your account (for example, cart)

Placed order records may be retained by restaurants or by us only as long as required for legal, tax, or dispute purposes (typically up to 7 years), then deleted or anonymized. That order history is no longer available in your deleted account.
